  The staff is nice and friendly but it does not make up for the lack of food provided. I always get a veggie bowl at other locations throughout the DFW and could eat it in two sittings. Not at the Waxahachie location. The bowls are so small that I've added chicken to get some substance. It's still small. Not worth the money at all. From here on I will wait until I'm in Dallas and get bowls up that way.

  Alright I guess. Had the tacos, big mistake. The tortilla to filling ratio is way off. Was basically meat and cheese with a little tiny bit of tortilla. Wish I had gotten the burrito bowl instead.
  
  Guacamole and chips were amazing though. Always a good choice there.

  Best of the best, been to some crappie Chipotle and this is by far my favorite one. The staff is always so nice and the food is great tasting! Definitely recommend this location.

  I'll start off by saying that my husband and I LOVE Chipotle....just not this location. We were really excited when it opened up. Our food was pretty bad the first time, figured we'd give them a month or so to work out the kinks and go back. Food was still off. We've given it multiple chances since then and the rice is always undercooked and a little hard, the chicken is very fatty, and the burritos are generally a little small. We can split a burrito at other locations and be full but not at this one. We'll occasionally get a barbacoa quesadilla and it's always so over packed with barbacoa and you can't even taste the cheese. Hoping the kinks get worked out eventually.
