I've been here a number of times, (I'm only a tourist here) but each time I've gone I've always spent a good while waiting. My last visit I walked in the actual building and I see why their wait time is so long. The baristas move slow and seem to have no urgency when they see a line wrapping around their building. They make their drinks out of order and goof off at times it seems they should be working down their line... Don't expect this to be a quick stop.October 21, 2016
